Study Finds...

I have decided on my topic of research, as a prospective educator I have made my topic geared towards education and technology. In the last week of my searching for articles and books that will aid in my research paper I came across this first article that will aid in my research paper. In my discussion board topic I listed several pros and cons related to my topic, this article from the New York Times is in complete agreement with the new technology versus the traditional classroom setting. Studies have been conducted (so they say) that have proven students are more productive and students grades are higher when taking online courses. The article even states that students are more likely to incorporate everyday life skills with their learning while taking these online courses. This could be true however for those students who have different learning styles this type of learning may not appeal to them, with the aid of some classroom instruction and hands on instruction may help those who are illiterate to technology. I must say I will use this piece of information to aid in my research topic.
