http://www.annefrank.org/
I chose to use annefrank.org as my holocaust website. This website serves as the online information center for the Anne Frank House in Amsterdam. Besides providing information on this museum, it also has information on Anne Frank and her life during the holocaust. The website provides specific information on the holocaust and how Anne Frank and her family respond to different events during this time.
This appears to be a valid website. It belongs to the actual museum in Amsterdam and contains factual information on Anne Frank and the holocaust. Much of the information presented on the website regarding the holocaust correlated with the information presented during the class visit to the Holocaust Museum.
After visiting the Holocaust Museum and WWII Memorial, it made me wish that I could travel to Amsterdam and visit the Anne Frank House. I grew up learning about her and read her diary in school. It would be interesting to visit a museum that focuses on only a single person and their journey through this horrific time.
