empathic civilization

I chose the empathic civilization as my topic because it intrigued me.  Jeremy Rifkin is explaining why humans do what they do.  He is teaching how our emotions trigger what we do and how we behave.  I am fascinated to listen to his ideas and comments on the psychology of the mind because my degree and educational journey will ultimately lead me to become a counselor.
