I chose NPR's Fresh Air. I listen to NPR every day on my way to and from work, which is actually a short drive. It's rare that actually get to listen to Fresh Air but it always features something engaging and usually it's a fairly light topic. When logging on this morning, there were several stories on country music and the giants of the genre - Patsy Cline, Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson - and a few lesser known artists like Jimmy Dale Gilmore.
I enjoy the off-beat lesser known news items that are featured on Fresh Air, and with so much bad news in the world these days, it's nice to hear about something that's just interesting rather than earth shattering.
